Aris Sophocles, MD

Dr. Aris Sophocles graduated with a BS from Brown University in Providence, RI before receiving his medical degree from the University of Colorado in Denver, CO.  He completed his internship, residency in anesthesiology, and fellowship in cardiac anesthesiology at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA.  Dr. Sophocles joined Bend Anesthesiology Group in 2017 after working as an anesthesiologist at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK for two years. Outside of the hospital, Dr. Sophocles enjoys bicycle racing and hiking with his wife, Rachel and Great Danes, Bella and Matilda.
